That is awesome! Just this morning my husband was telling me he want to visit Singapore. I have to show him this post. I would love to visit Little India and Chinatown. I know they are very colorful.
Have you stopped by the hawker centers? Which ones you recommend? We went to a hawker centre by the Singapore Eye and had some great food, we also had the best curry in Little India, and both were reasonably priced. It is a great place to visit, hope you get to visit too! We visit Singapore quite a bit for visas but never really have much time there, but we did enjoy Gardens by the Bay and going to the observation deck at Marina Sands Hotel!
We return in January and you have given me some great suggestions here, thank you! Pinned for January!
We would love to go to Singapore! You have listed a variety of activities, and I think we would need at least days to see our top choices. We just might have to spring for a stay at the Marina Bay Hotel! Thanks for reading, and you should definitely treat yourself to a stay at Marina Bay, it was an amazing experience! Great summary of the top things to do in Singapore! Pinning it for my next trip there feetdotravel.
We went to Singapore a couple of times a long time ago and loved it, even though it rained the whole time. It seems to have changed a lot since, so should go back. I really enjoyed my recent trip to Singapore and am glad to see I also did many of these. Anything cheap in Singapore is a plus! Your photos make me realise however that I was right to put it on my wishlist! Fantastic list! Lol no we were not brave enough either, as we are getting older safety always come first! We were pretty fond of the bibs lol! Thanks for pinning! Great tips!
The Sky Park at the Marina Bay looks absolutely fantastic. Thanks for reading and saving post. Singapore is a spectacular destination, we hope you get the chance to visit! We will be in Singapore early next year so I am saving this for future reference. We have been there twice before but some of the things on your list are new to me. Ooooh I always love reading about my country from another perspective! I have never been to Singapore so great to read your tips.
I can too remember that thrilling experience at Universal Studios! Thanks for sharing those memories. Oh this makes me want to go back to Singapore so bad!
I think Gardens by the Bay were one of my top highlights but I also loved all the food hawker stalls and Little India! Perhaps you inspired us to go back!!! Nevertheless, you may wish to include more cultural experiences by exploring some of the other ethnic communities such as Kampong Glam and Little India to better experience our unique blend of multi-racialism. Great guide!
Your right there is so much more to explore. We hope to return and add this information to this post at some point! Little India looks so cool, I had no idea that place even existed! I would love to visit Singapore and this list has given me some major inspiration! Great tips shared by you. We loved Garden by the bay and Sentosa island. We just got back from Singapore. Very impressive the way they built this futuristic, utopian city out of the jungle.
Came here 20 years ago…but even I was shocked by some of the changes. It is very impressive! It is so expensive, very difficult to find a cheap beer. We followed some locals that appeared to be students who went to a Smile convenience store and bought some beer. We then sat by the bridge in Clarkes Quay, which seemed to be an acceptable place to hang out, drank our beers while watching the sun go down.
We felt very smug that we had found a sort of bargain in Singapore lol! Thanks Carole. Its been a nice write up on the insight of Singapore. Great Post and Stunning Pictures.
Singapore — One of the best city I have visited so far. I have visited Singapore last year and had an amazing time in Marina Bay. But hopefully, cover next time. Your email address will not be published. Sign me up for the newsletter! Notify me of follow-up comments by email.
